During National Hand Washing Awareness Week, we are reminding everyone that simple habits make a big difference.

Regular hand washing helps protect our seniors from colds, flu, and seasonal infections, keeping our community safe and thriving.

Getting the annual flu vaccine is one of the most important steps our seniors can take to stay healthy this season. The flu shot not only lowers the risk of illness, but also helps prevent severe complications and hospitalizations for adults age 65 and older.

We continue to prioritize the well-being of our residents by encouraging strong protection and proactive care. 💛
