There’s a fine line between beautifully defined and overdone…and that’s where artistry lives.

This beautiful patient in her mid-30s already had soft, feminine features. Our goal wasn’t to change that, it was to refine and elevate it. By adding subtle structure and balance, we brought forward her natural beauty in a way that feels sculpted, harmonious, and still entirely her own.

When I treat younger faces, my goal is never to chase angles or trends. It’s about balance, by shaping in a way that enhances what already exists while preserving that effortless, youthful glow. Too much filler can tip the harmony, making someone appear exaggerated or even older.

This beautiful patient has been seeing me for over two years now. She initially came to me to try neurotoxins for the first time. She had no idea what other modalities were available to improve beauty. But she was game for anything. I advised her to do the following:

We started with Sculptra, 3 sessions. This helped tighten her jawline and skin laxity around her mouth.

Next I advised her to treat her chin and chin shadow with filler to add definition and balance her proportions. This helped project her chin outwards and also feminized the curve of her chin. Treating the chin shadow blends the chin with the rest of the jawline, preventing that over done “witchy chin” look that people worry about getting with Chin filler. Look how beautifully defined her jawline looks now. This was done in 2 sessions. On her 3rd session I treated her cheeks to fully correct her cheek curvature and also her marionettes to camouflage the shadows around her marionette line. And the icing on the cake was her lips, which she hesitated to do at first but I told her to trust me and now she loves it so much she wants more. 😉
When I tell you to trust me just know I have your best interest in mind. You won’t look fake or overdone, only natural & a better version of yourself.
