For those who get a regular peak behind the curtain of who Gretchen Helmus LMT is outside of the treatment room, you know I’ve been training for my first half marathon. I achieved this goal over the past weekend and had so much love and support along the way. I am grateful for my body to sustain my workload along with my training load, and to be able to accomplish such distance. It was a trail run, which in Florida means a LOT of sand, and it was in Clermont which actually means there was elevation 👀

Thanks to all who supported 🏅🏃🏻‍♀️🙏🏼
