Comfort food that actually supports your health. 💛
This Immune-Boosting Chicken & Veggie Soup delivers anti-inflammatory, gut-healing, immune-supportive goodness in every spoonful. 🍲

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 cups low-sodium chicken bone broth (or regular chicken broth)
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
2 cups chopped leafy greens (spinach, kale, or Swiss chard)
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
Juice of ½ lemon (adds vitamin C + bright flavor)
Optional: fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Directions:
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 3–4 minutes until fragrant.
Add carrots, celery, and bell pepper. Cook another 5 minutes to soften slightly.
Stir in turmeric, salt, and pepper. Pour in the bone broth and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15–20 minutes, until veggies are tender.
Add shredded chicken and greens. Simmer 5 more minutes until warmed through and greens are wilted.
Finish with lemon juice and fresh herbs before serving.

So many people give up on wellness because they think it means hours of meal prep or fancy ingredients — but true health comes from simple consistency.

"Life before FNR had ups and lots of downs. I was in pain every day. Some days I was still able to function and do my job. Other days I could not even lift my head off my pillow.

I never knew how I was going to feel day to day. I experienced chronic insomnia, extreme fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, and depression. I was drinking lots of caffeine and sugary drinks just to get through the day.

I chose to work with FNR because it was the first time I felt like someone listened to me and had an answer that wasn't just medications with side effects that were sometimes worse than the symptoms they were supposed to be treating.

When I first started I was not sure what to expect but I was quickly encouraged by rapid weight loss and increased energy. I am able to get to sleep easier and while I still don't sleep well it is much better.

For the first time in my life, I feel hope. I have hope that I won't have to live with chronic pain and fatigue. If I have questions I know I can get answers. Everyone has been so encouraging to me and I feel like I am part of a family. I think I will be able to continue getting healthier as I stick with my program.”
