One of our go-to drinks for digestion - with a festive holiday twist 🎄

Our favorite cranberry + apple cider vinegar drink is something we often recommend to support digestion. During the holidays, we simply dress it up a bit to make it feel more fun and celebratory.

How to make it:
✨ Unsweetened pure cranberry juice
✨ Apple cider vinegar
✨ Sparkling water
✨ Optional: rosemary sprig, citrus peel, or a few frozen cranberries

Mix cranberry juice and ACV, pour over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish. Simple and festive!

Supporting digestion doesn’t have to disappear during the holidays - sometimes it just gets dressed up a bit.

“After having Covid my health changed for the worse. I knew something was wrong with me but I could not get anyone to listen because my blood work was “normal”.

I was extremely fatigued, severely constipated, overweight, overwhelmed with the normal household chores, unable to mow the lawn or tend the gardens. This year (2025), I hired both a house keeper and someone to mow the yard. I was losing my ability to function.

I could not walk around my neighborhood like I have for the past 25 years, because I couldn’t breathe normally. If I did make it around, I had to take a 3 hour nap to recover. I had a hard time focusing, reading and concentrating. I didn't have a life and I was concerned.

Now, I am no longer constipated, I have good energy, I am no longer overwhelmed by any of my responsibilities, I no longer need a housekeeper, I did keep the gal who cuts my yard because she is a friend and does a great job, but I am sure I could do that.

I just had my hip replaced and I am sure when I am ready I will be able to resume my walks. My heart is more stable than it's ever been and my blood pressure they tell me is good.

I've lost 25 pounds. Losing weight was easy because of what they taught me. I can concentrate, read and stay focused again. It took awhile, but I did figure out what foods I need to stay away from. Having that knowledge helps me to (mostly) stay on the straight and narrow path.

I understand that food is medicine for my body, it is not entertainment - that, surprisingly, was a difficult mind shift even though I knew it was true. There are a lot of "drinks and foods" that are billed as something fun and enjoyable. Reading the labels quickly shows me what is healthy and what is not.

Best of all, I have my life back and I feel better. That is a huge blessing! I am so grateful to FNR for all of their help and hard work to help get me well. My experience and results are well worth the investment!”

Looking for a holiday treat that feels indulgent but won’t send your blood sugar into a spiral?

This Peppermint Dark Chocolate Christmas Bark is rich in antioxidants, lower in sugar, and full of healthy fats to keep you satisfied (not sluggish). ✨

INGREDIENTS:
10 oz 70–85% dark chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup crushed pistachios (healthy fats + minerals)
1/3 cup unsweetened dried cranberries (color + antioxidants)
2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Optional: sprinkle of flaky sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt chocolate + coconut oil over low heat or in a double boiler.
3️⃣ Remove from heat, stir in peppermint extract.
4️⃣ Pour chocolate onto parchment and spread evenly.
5️⃣ Sprinkle pistachios, cranberries, and coconut flakes across the top.
6️⃣ Chill in the fridge for 30–45 minutes until firm.
7️⃣ Break into pieces and enjoy!

Before FNR, "I was dealing with quite a bit of Arthritis pain having to take anti-inflammatories daily and muscle relaxers almost everyday. I couldn't do any major work outside without having to take muscle relaxers or Ibuprofen for it. Honestly, I thought I would have to deal with it forever.

My sister showed me FNR, and I took a chance because modern medicine was just treating the symptoms. I was skeptical at first.

Now, my health has vastly improved. I got off of my anti-inflammatories, working on getting off of my acid reflux medicine, and very seldom have to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen maybe once a month. So it has really helped me out and they have been great to work with. I am currently down 30 pounds and still losing.

Honestly, I didn't really think it would help. Something had to give though - I wasn't getting anywhere with modern medicine. I just kept getting worse and I didn't know what to do. So this has really improved my outlook on things like getting off meds that I thought I never would get off of, to losing weight again and just feeling better over all.

I cannot recommend this more to people. You just have to be willing to make a full lifestyle change. This was hard at first but now it is really easy. So if you are needing a change in your health and you are not getting anywhere with modern medicine, I recommend this is something that can change your life.”

Before you reach for synthetic candles or sprays, try a simple simmer pot. It’s an easy way to bring warmth, calm, and a little stress relief into your space.

Try this nourishing blend:
1 sliced orange (uplifting + fresh)
A handful of cranberries (festive + bright)
2–3 cinnamon sticks (supports healthy blood sugar)
A few sprigs of rosemary (great for focus + stress)
