10 years ago today, we opened our doors to this community for the very first time. Looking back, it is impossible not to see God’s hands fully in this business. Especially when you see things come full circle, like we did this past weekend. It is no coincidence that a little over a decade ago, the very first community event we were invited to participate in, was held at very same spot that we ended up hosting our 10 year anniversary party. It is no coincidence that Funtastic Island turned out to be our only real option, because nothing else fit our needs for the vision we had for this celebration; and it ended up just perfect. Sure, it may have rained (a lot) on our big day—but they say that’s usually a sign of good luck, right? And in the end, the good Lord blessed us with an absolutely beautiful couple of hours to conclude the festivities.

It is hard to put into words how the first 10 years of entrepreneurship have been. One word that describes it, would be “hard”: starting a new business is not for the weary, and navigating a new business during a global pandemic is something we will never forget. Another word, would be “scary”: the current cultural and economic climate present a new challenge every day. Another word, would certainly be “fun”: we have had a blast along the way learning new things and experiencing wonderful memories. There are so many other words that come to mind, but at the end of the day the word that truly fits best, is “grateful”. Grateful for the hard. Grateful for the scary. Grateful for the fun! Grateful for those daily challenges and the opportunity to grow. Grateful to witness health miracles and see lives changed. Grateful for practice members that turned into friends, that turned into family.

“Family provides a sense of belonging, love, and support for its members”. You all have provided that for us, and we sincerely hope that we have achieved in providing that in some aspect for those of you who needed it. Many times, what people need most is just to know that someone cares. And we do, from the bottom of our hearts. So, if you’ve made it this far in this sappy post, thank you. Thank you for your continued support, and for trusting us with your health. We’re truly grateful for all of it. Here’s to 10 more years of joyful service, and 10 after that, and 10 after that…..🫶🏼 Dr. Keara & Dr. Kyle
