Happy New Year! May 2022 bring you an abundance of love, happiness, peace, health and prosperity! ππππ₯³ππ
If you are working on resolutions or goals for the new year you might find this exercise helpful.
I invite you to take take some time to explore the following list for yourself, and journal what comes to you.
1. List 5 or more things that were celebrations for 2021.
2. What were the top 3 EPIC arrivals, miracles, or "ah ha" moments.
3. List 3 or more memorable moments.
4. Lost 3 or more commitments that the year 2021 has inspired you to make for 2022.
5. List 3 ot more opportunities that that you will continue to move forward with. (Maybe something started that was set aside, or put in the back burner)
6. What do you want to be celebrating at the end of 2022 and what actions do you need to take to get there?
7. List any regrets you have from 2021 and with love surrender, and let go. Making the decision to leave it in 2021 so it doesn't replay into the new year.
8. List 1 or more delays that
you are choosing to let go. (Delays could be distractions, procrastination, habits, addictions.)
9. What fears, doubts, or insecurities will you be leaving in your past?
10. What advise inspiration would your future self give to you today?
11. What advice would your 2020 self offer to your 2021 self?
Now is a good time to create a vision board, set specific, clear, goals and be open, willing and ready to embrace the new year with clarity.
