This was easy to make and so yummy. I also added a piece of salmon not pictured here.
Frozen egg plant, frozen veggies which had some spices with a little ginger which was a wonderful addition.
Placed on a stone and baked for 15 minutes.
Food is fun and can be quick and easy to make.
