Quick tips on staying in shape year round..

1) stay active…aim for 10k steps every day.
2)stay hydrated. Most people ignore or forget this (body weight in fluid ounces)
3) stay in maintenance calories or a slight calories deficit (not a drastic deficit).

Rinse repeat!

Didn’t defrost my English muffins so I chose cream of rice and fruit to replace those carbs and doesn’t set my meal plan off!
