We’ve had a great stroke of luck in getting the folks behind the Resilient Responder training back for another session: Saturday, April 11th at UHD Hospital in Blue Earth.
In short, Resilient responder training refers to programs designed to equip first responders—including police, fire, and EMS —with the psychological and physical tools to navigate high-stress environments. These trainings shift the focus from reactive treatment of trauma to proactive preparation.
