We truly value each and every one of our clients and the time we get to spend caring for you. As our schedule continues to grow, we’ve noticed how important it is to protect appointment times for both our clients and our team.
When appointments are cancelled or changed last minute, it often leaves a spot that another client who is waiting for that time cannot fill. Because of this, we will be implementing a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Starting March 1st, appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% missed appointment fee.
This policy helps us respect everyone’s time, keep our schedule running smoothly, and continue providing the high-quality, personalized care that each of you deserves.
We completely understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to work with you when possible. We simply ask that any appointment changes be made by call or text to 507-200-8181 so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
