Monday Night Total Body Fitness’
Tonight they worked a whole new routine of sets I designed over vacation.
Though it was tough they did awesome - worth the sweat!!!

What a great week to start back on our fit and well journey!
For several weeks, customers have been scheduling their red light therapy sessions.
This week,
-> Monday we started back on advanced Kettlebell Fitness.
-> Tonight clients worked their bodies into a sweat with personal training.
-> Thursday evening fitness training class will also be seeing tired smiles leaving after their hour.
-> 9:30 a.m. Friday morning (scheduled to be Thursday mornings hereafter) the Morning Movers Gentle Strength peeps will click on their link and workout with me from the comfort of their own home.
