Another crafty afternoon well spent! 🐰🌸

Our residents had a wonderful time at this month’s craft session with our talented Darlene, creating adorable Peter Cottontail wreaths just in time for Easter. From fluffy bunny details to pops of spring color, each wreath turned out as unique as the hands that made them!

Laughter, creativity, and a little Easter magic filled the room—proof once again that life here is anything but ordinary. 💐✨

☘️ Another St. Paddy’s Day PARTY in the books at Residences at Wellpoint! ☘️

Who says senior living is boring? Not here! 🍀 The pub was ROCKIN’, the parking lot was FULL, and the laughter was louder than a leprechaun’s mischief!

We raised our steins high in a spirited hoisting competition 🍺, snacked like kings and queens, and sipped on our famous “shenanigans seltzers” and refreshing Celtic spring water 💚

From start to finish, it was nothing but good times, great company, and a whole lot of Irish cheer!

We took Flourish Memory Care out to Metro Diner—as seen on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives—and it did NOT disappoint! 🍽️ Some enjoyed fish and chips while others went straight for the carrot cake pancakes. Everything was delicious, but the real highlight was our waitress Ashley who kept the table laughing and made the whole outing lively and fun!

Calling All Tech Enthusiasts!

Our senior living community is hosting a “Tech Me Out Tonight” Technology Showcase this May, and we are looking for local businesses, hobbyists, students, and tech lovers who would like to share their cool technology with our residents.

This will be a booth-style showcase, where participants can set up a table and demonstrate their technology, gadgets, or innovations. It doesn’t have to be related to senior living—we’re simply excited to show our residents what’s possible in today’s world of technology!

Examples could include:
• Robotics
• Drones
• 3D printing
• Smart home devices
• Gaming or VR
• AI or creative tech
• Any other fun or innovative technology

Our goal is to give residents a chance to see, learn about, and interact with modern technology in a fun and engaging way.

🎀 Happy National Barbie Day! 🎀

We celebrated National Barbie Day in style by striking our best poses in our very own Barbie Box! 💖 From glamorous waves to confident smiles, everyone had their moment to shine just like a true Barbie.

There were lots of laughs, plenty of photo ops, and a whole lot of fabulous energy as residents showed off their best Barbie and Ken poses. Some went classic, some went silly, and some served pure superstar vibes! 🌟

Because after all… you’re never too old to be a Barbie! 💕✨

🍪🎉 Happy National Oreo Cookie Day! 🎉🍪

March 6 is National Oreo Cookie Day, and we were NOT going to let this opportunity pass us by! Today we sampled nine different Oreo flavors and turned it into a fun trivia challenge. Residents worked in teams to match each flavor to the year it was released and answered some bonus Oreo trivia questions along the way.

Of course, the real entertainment came from how everyone chose to eat their cookies. We saw it all today:
🔹 The classic twist–lick–dunk method
🔹 The “only the filling” fans
🔹 And one resident who carefully scraped off all the filling with his pocket knife and only ate the cookies!

No matter how you eat them, at the end of the day an Oreo is still milk’s favorite cookie. 🥛🍪
