Meet Sarah Merritt, our compassionate CNA and Medical Tech, who plays a key role in helping our patients feel cared for and supported from the moment they walk in.

Sarah assists with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, running tests, and helping providers during visits. She stays focused, efficient, and attentive—ensuring that each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.
She is often the first friendly face patients see at check-in, and her calm presence and caring attitude set the tone for every appointment.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah’s heart shines even more brightly—she sings at church, loves Jesus deeply, and enjoys playing guitar. She also loves to cook and bake, and spends her free time with family, friends, and her boyfriend.

Her kindness, talent, and joyful spirit make her a blessing to our team, and we are so grateful to have her!

One of my newest additions that is hanging in my lobby at my office. If you zoom in, start in the middle of the index with the chronic disease and follow the colors to the left will lead you to western medicine. To the right will lead you treatments with holistic functional medicine. BIG difference. My favorite!!

TeAra brings 13 years of experience as a nurse, some of that in the ER, giving her a strong clinical background and a calm, confident approach to patient care. She will be accepting newborns and up, and will also be offering same-day sick appointments, helping ensure timely care when your family needs it most.
Friendly, outgoing, and family-oriented, TeAra is passionate about caring for patients of all ages and building lasting relationships with the families she serves.

I felt lead to share this. One unique thing about this practice is if you are a patient of mine, you are being prayed for. I see a lot of people each day and everyone carries their different burdens and we all have pain and suffering. But there is hope and joy in the Lord.
So to all of my patients who come to see me, please know that you are in my prayers for whatever weight you may carry. If you are telling me your story, please know you are being prayed for. Maybe I felt lead to share this during the seasonal times or the winter blues that comes around, but He put this on my heart. God is so Good! This I know for sure ❤️

Meet Sandy Pierce, our dedicated Office Manager who keeps our office running smoothly while caring for patients with warmth and professionalism.

Sandy oversees scheduling, maintains records, helps with clinical tasks, and ensures our days stay organized and efficient. She is Brittany’s right-hand woman—patient, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether answering questions thoroughly or stepping in to support a provider, Sandy helps everything flow seamlessly.

Not only is she tech-savvy and detail-oriented, she also brings a calm, reassuring presence that both our team and patients appreciate.

Outside of work, Sandy is a wonderful wife and proud mother of three, and her nurturing spirit carries over into how she serves others each day. We are incredibly grateful for Sandy and all she brings to our practice!

Delaney plays an important role in making each patient visit smooth, comfortable, and efficient. She supports our providers with diagnostic testing, lab samples, and clinical procedures, while also caring directly for patients through vital signs, room preparation, and hands-on assistance during their visit.

Delaney is known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and ability to solve problems on the spot. She always approaches her work with patience, compassion, and a calm presence that puts patients at ease.

Outside of work, Delaney is a dedicated wife and mother who brings that same nurturing heart into our office. We are so grateful to have her as part of our team and appreciate all she does to support both our patients and providers. 💙

We are thrilled to welcome Missy Holtrey, BSN, RN as the newest member of our Wethington Family Practice team!

Missy is a highly trained aesthetic nurse injector and RN aesthetician with more than 13 years of experience in plastic surgery, medical spas, and advanced aesthetic care.

Missy is certified in laser treatments, CoolSculpting, facial assessments, microneedling, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, facials, and much more. Her skill, artistry, and passion for patient-centered care make her an incredible addition to our practice.
She will be working alongside Brittany Wethington, APRN, inside The Skin Edit Studio, our in-practice aesthetic space. Missy is excited to bring her expertise to our patients and help you look and feel your absolute best.
