We are so very thankful for our partnership with Commonwealth Connections. They are a DDID Medicaid waiver provider in Owensboro, KY dedicated to helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, connected lives. They have an Adult Day Training center located at 316 Booth Avenue. At this facility individuals can learn, grow, and build friendships in a supportive environment. They also offer a full range of services including residential care through staffed residences and family home provider homes, behavior supports, community living supports, and respite services.
