Our monument experts speak with you, often reviewing the obituary, and drawing out important element

Once the key elements of your loved one’s life has been established, we’ll review which type of monument is best to accommodate your loved one’s memory and monument preference. After the desired monument has been selected, your loved one’s monument expert will concept a visual image of the custom monument, based on your loved one’s life and start the review process with your family. The production phase of your loved one’s custom and unique monument begins, and once complete, will be placed into the desired cemetery or memorial garden.

We have been so excited to announce this. We are proud to welcome Sarah Carroll to Hartford Memorial as a Noble Monument Specialist. Sarah, mother, grandmother, community advocate and friend, will be continuing her service, previously offered to you during her time at the Ohio County Times News, to the families of Ohio County during life’s most challenging of times.

Sarah will offer a familiar face, a calming voice and comforting companion as together we trek happy, delicate, and difficult waters together.
