Everyone is aware that we may be getting snow and winter weather this weekend in Owensboro and the surrounding areas. As of now, all Monday and Tuesday appointments will stay as scheduled unless we are unable to be in the office or make it out for home health visits as scheduled, or you are unable to get to the office even if we are open.

We will contact you directly if your appointment will need to be rescheduled or you can text or call us at 270-478-1014 to cancel or reschedule an office appointment. If you have a home health visit scheduled that needs to be rescheduled, please reach out to your provider directly. We appreciate our patients and want everyone to stay safe and healthy this winter!

Posting some scheduling information as we roll into the holiday break!

Our office will be open and phones answered on Monday 12/22, Monday 12/29, and Tueaday 12/30.
Some providers are also seeing patients on Tuesday 12/23 but office phone lines will not be answered on this day.

All new patients are currently being scheduling for mid January and into February with a waitlist for children 2 years and older needing feeding intervention. New patients will be scheduled in the order calls were received. If you are needing to get in touch with us over the holiday break, please leave a voicemail with your information, we will get back to you as soon as we return to the office.

Looking forward to seeing everyone back on a normal schedule in 2026!

As we head into busy season in our field, just a reminder that you can always make an appointment for you and your baby for feeding help before baby’s arrival! We are able to schedule around your estimated due date so that if you need help or advice once baby arrives, you aren’t waiting! We can always cancel if you don’t need us and offer that spot to another sweet baby that might need our help.

We do our best to get patients in for appointments as soon as possible but there are only so many hours in a day and SO MANY babies being born this time of year!

OUT OF OFFICE!

Chassidy will be out of office starting tomorrow 3/21/25 until 3/31/25. Due to spring break starting 3/31, hours will be limited the week of 3/31-4/4. Voicemails and emails will be returned throughout the week of spring break.

Several other providers with our office will be seeing their patients during this time but new patient inquiries, billing questions, etc will all be handled by Chassidy when she returns to the office.

New patient appointments are currently being scheduled into late April and early May.

Merry Christmas from our entire office! We hope everyone has a wonderful week celebrating with their loved ones! 🎄🎁

Our office will be closed through 1/5/25 for new referrals. All current patients have been given contact information for their providers as needed while we are off. Some providers are working limited hours during Christmas break, but otherwise all calls for scheduling and new referrals will be returned starting 1/6/25. Please leave a voicemail and those will be returned in the order they are received.

For all current patients, we will be updating our Card On File policy and updating our billing policies for 2025. You will have updated payment and insurance information to review and sign at your first visit of 2025.
