We are proud to recognize Robert Epley, CEO/Administrator of Twin Rivers Nursing & Rehabilitation, during Long Term Care Administrators Week.

Under Robert’s leadership, dedication, and vision, our community has improved tremendously and continues to provide exceptional care to our residents and families. His background in social services has shaped a leadership style that is personal, compassionate, and hands on in a way that sets him apart. His approach reflects a deep commitment to person centered care and to making sure every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

We are especially proud that, under Robert’s leadership, Twin Rivers achieved an overall 4 Star rating and a deficiency free survey, reflecting excellence in quality measures, health inspections, and life safety. This accomplishment is a testament not only to his leadership, but also to the incredible team he leads and the culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence he works every day to foster.

Robert is known for being selfless and for always directing recognition back to his team and the direct care staff who provide daily care to the residents of Twin Rivers. He began his career in long term care as a Director of Social Services and has achieved so much throughout his journey. After time away, he returned home to Twin Rivers as CEO/Administrator, bringing with him experience, passion, and a strong sense of purpose.

Robert has shared that his goal is to ensure all staff understand that when they walk into the facility, they are walking into someone’s home. He believes in helping both seasoned staff and new team members learn to be compassionate, caring, and committed to providing person centered care. He is passionate about seeing people grow and helping facilities that are struggling reach goals they have never reached before. That passion and purpose are what continue to make his leadership so impactful.

Thank you, Robert, for your commitment, heart, and leadership. Twin Rivers is stronger because of you.
