We are HIRING Registered Behavior Techs (RBTs)
Part Time Positions

* must have completed 40-hour RBT class
*Onsite BCBA supervision available
Behavior Associates, LLC provides ABA therapy to individuals in the home, community, and clinical settings in Owensboro, KY. RBT certification or currently enrolled in course work and ready to test to achieve a RBT certification is required.
Duties of open position:
-Implements treatment plan developed by BCBA
-Prepares and gathers stimuli
-Records acquisition, maintenance, behavior data
-Generates accurate therapy notes per session
-Maintains data collection system
-Participates in team trainings
-Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families

Emily currently serves the following areas: Henderson, Webster, Madisonville and areas in between. ***** Positive Behavior Support Specialist Contractor Position ******

Seeking a part time to possible full time contractor to provide positive behavior supports to those under the MPW and SCL waivers both in home and in clinic. Location would include Henderson and Owensboro.

Positive Behavior Supports are used when there is a need to develop a plan which identifies prevention strategies to reduce significant challenging behaviors which interfere with activities of daily living, social interaction or work. The plan will instruct on replacement skills and new ways to respond to the challenging behaviors

"Positive behavior support specialist" means an individual who; Provides evidence-based individualized interventions that assist a participant with acquisition or maintenance of skills for community living and behavioral intervention for the reduction of maladaptive behaviors

Required: master’s degree in a behavioral science with one year behavioral programming and direct service experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Counseling or any behavioral science degree. Training and support provided as well as supervision if required for licensure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (Contract)

Pay: $25.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
