We are incredibly grateful for this amazing team of RBTs, BCBAs, and behavior technicians. 💚

Each day, they help create a clinic filled with laughter, learning, and meaningful progress. Their dedication, compassion, and teamwork are what make our clinic such a special place for our clients and families.

This team even voted to spend our Dash Bash right here in our center, focusing on building stronger bonds between team members, exchanging funny socks, and creating Dash gear together. That choice says everything about the culture they continue to build.

This month, we’re celebrating a huge milestone for one of Dash’s founders and owners - Jen Kirby is celebrating 20 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst!

Dandelion Award Winner: Emyle

This month we celebrate Emyle for her incredible ability to make every session fun and engaging. You can hear her cheering on every success and sometimes even howling at the moon with her clients. Her creativity shines through in everything she does, from her love of surrealist drawing to stories about her two cats, Mao and Jiji. She has a true gift for turning each moment into meaningful play.

🎳 Dash Bash 🎳

One of the things I appreciate most about Dash is the focus on building a strong team. Each clinic hosts monthly (or semi monthly) Dash Bashes to spend time together and connect outside of sessions. Today our Owensboro team went bowling for our November Dash Bash. We enjoyed good food, bowling, and plenty of laughs. We were missing a few team members, but Jaelyn’s Owensboro Dash baby made a sweet appearance. I love seeing our team continue to grow and thrive.

✨ Last night we hosted our very first Dash Bash—and it was everything we hoped for!

Our team chose tie-dyeing shirts (that will soon become our Dash shirts 🌈) and sharing dinner together in the clinic. Between the dye bottles, laughter, and plenty of Salsaritos, we also shared something even more meaningful: what our clinic and culture mean to us.

Team members spoke about:

💚 Growing our skills alongside our clients’
💚 Creating a clinic where families, children, and staff all feel seen, accepted, and heard

I’ll admit—I got teary-eyed. It wasn’t long ago that Dash ABA Owensboro was just an idea. When we started our first client, there were endless talks between me and Brookelynn, our very first Owensboro RBT, about the kind of clinic we wanted to build and the heart we wanted at its center.

To see it come to life, surrounded by a team who believes in that same vision, is a blessing. I’m so grateful DASH ABA poured into us so we can pour into others. 💙
