We were excited to host Natasha, L.L.M, BS, CRS, Senior Territory Outreach Manager, at Hygea Healthcare for a tour and great conversation with our Director of Business Development Molly and Tim our Business Development Rep and our Clinical Director Cyndi.

We shared insights on the importance of long-term, quality treatment, individualized care, and the power of collaboration in supporting individuals with substance use and mental health needs.

Our discussion highlighted how Promises and Hygea are aligned in delivering evidence-based treatment across the full continuum of care, with a focus on personalized support and lasting recovery.

Honored to spend time sharing Hygea Healthcare with Sarah Whaley 🤍

Sarah does extraordinary work in Baltimore City, leading efforts to prevent overdose deaths through community-based harm reduction, education, and access to life-saving resources. Her commitment to meeting people where they are and protecting the most vulnerable is truly inspiring.

We had meaningful discussions around innovation and technology in substance use disorder treatment, including the importance of biometrics, data-driven care, and outcome measurements to improve quality, accountability, and real-world impact.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect and collaborate — and we look forward to our continued relationship and the work ahead together.
