This modern take on the beloved Jewish pastry features a cream cheese-based dough, making it simpler and quicker to prepare than the original (and it’s gluten-free, of course!) Mine is filled with a delicious blend of raisins, pecans, and preserves, but you can customize this to your liking.

These may look intricate, but they're surprisingly simple to make.

An easy Gluten Free Gingerbread recipe was my white whale for years! I kept losing interest because they were too complicated or had too many funky ingredients. But I finally cracked the code! This gingerbread cake is simple to make, smells incredible thanks to those pumpkin pie spices, and tastes just like the classic you remember.
