Fun Fact...I absolutely love doing 2 hour massage sessions. Slow, intentional, focused, and deep work - without causing extra pain. If you want someone to dig into you and cause more pain, I am not a good fit. I do not subscribe to the "no pain, no gain" mentality. I work slow, and as the body allows, I go deeper.
