Proper healthy sleep is essential for academic and social/emotional functioning! Start practicing bedtimes for school now! It’s not too early; push bed time earlier by half an hour each week as well as wake times. Students will be happier in a few weeks when school starts!

Angel Hands Outreach is holding a free laundry day for those in need.

Angel Hands state, If you would like to make a donation of laundry soap/pods or dryer sheets they can be dropped off at 110 N Saginaw St., Owosso.
