I want to wish my beloved client friend a heartfelt congratulations on her pregnancy!!! She chose to commit to a treatment that she discovered doing her Own research on fertility and purchased two infrared light packages. She barely used any of the second. Coincidence? We dont know but it cant be ignored as a contributing factor in a successful pregnancy. Let's light a candle and say a prayer for this beautiful family and new miraculous life.

Why massage?

I have suffered from what I now know to be piriformis syndrome for years and years. I used to be in such pain I would beg my doctors for an injection of some kind in my hip (which i never got.) It was to the point where I believed I had bone cancer I was in so much pain.

Since I am heavily tattooed, have gauged ears (since I was 15) and often times have multicolored hair; it was assumed that I was seeking drugs, or attention!

I got no help. I couldn’t even get sent to physical therapy for it. I was desperate for relief and furious with Western Medicine.

My sister Amanda introduced me to trigger point therapy as she had discovered them on her own to treat her tension headaches. A short time later I was introduced to the knowledge of fascia and pain. I started working on my own fascia and stretching. I suffered for decades with an easily treatable soft tissue condition that pinched off my sciatic nerve and wreaked havoc on my life.
