Brandon and Jennifer Mead of Cakey Cakes and Bagels have put on an absolutely stellar community event which they are too modest to take credit for. It wouldnt be a thing if it werent for them.
Wear a lot of green! Glitter?!? I'm telling you what you DO NOT want to be underdressed for this event. We have seen some very beautiful people here and enjoyed all of the music and happenings. I am at a training but next year we are gonna rock out with our Shamrocks out.

I know ive been telling everyone that our Sun was going to play the drum for his talent show at St. Paul so I'd like to share the joy of our 5 year old JR (Pronounced Jay Are) today. I'm so impressed with his breathwork and the affect of happiness and content he has. He learned this song in 3 days with Dad and honestly after day 1 he kept telling us he had it. I asked him what he needed to feel ready for the show and he only requested "A hat!" When the principal emailed me to say JR signed up to play drums we were scrambling and wondering why he'd do such a thing if he didn't have a drum set! This was the compromise for sound sensitive Mama. It's the clothes that make the man and the Light that exudes from him. Look at our boy shine. 😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Husband and Son brought me a Cakey Cakes & Bagels sammich he doctored up to eat while my beloved Sauna client is meditating in the warmth.
He also temporarily fixed the peekaboo ceiling that appeared in the bathroom. So now we can empty our bladders in peace!
My prime time client was super massage drunk and hoped I didnt have any other clients so he could get more time. No such luck fella ! 💖 this is why I routinely perform 2.5 hour sessions.

Transporting you to another realm
This system is actually working beautifully and I have no intentions of subjecting myself to any more incessant outside disturbance.
These $229 Bose headphones are worth every penny. I play Pink Noise ( easy on ears and noise cancelling) through the speakers and we have our own Spa sounds on Spotify. Any requests? Want to listen to a book or playlist? Solfeggio Frequencies to counteract anxiety, or manifest abundance? I got you.
If you have to ask me anything or inform me of anything just take off the headphones and I'll do the same.
I could technically charge for "Sound Therapy" but this is of course complimentary to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed. My place has become so great because client comfort and experience has always been top priority to me. I know there are therapists working in cramped, loud, cold, bare minumum environments with constant interruptions and that's ok! That has Never been my brand and whether it registers or not upon walking in: Intention, safety, comfort are what sets me apart and it is what is important to Me.

I have suffered from what I now know to be piriformis syndrome for years and years. I used to be in such pain I would beg my doctors for an injection of some kind in my hip (which i never got.) It was to the point where I believed I had bone cancer I was in so much pain.
Since I am heavily tattooed, have gauged ears (since I was 15) and often times have multicolored hair; it was assumed that I was seeking drugs, or attention!
I got no help. I couldn’t even get sent to physical therapy for it. I was desperate for relief and furious with Western Medicine.
My sister Amanda introduced me to trigger point therapy as she had discovered them on her own to treat her tension headaches. A short time later I was introduced to the knowledge of fascia and pain. I started working on my own fascia and stretching. I suffered for decades with an easily treatable soft tissue condition that pinched off my sciatic nerve and wreaked havoc on my life.
I became such a believer in body work that I went to study at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage where I graduated with a 98%. I am proud to say that my school is the only institution in Michigan that teaches the modality I use to make immediate and lasting pain relief results. My previous Anatomy and Physiology classes at Mott benefited me immensely as I took prerequisites to get into the nursing program. That was not the plan for me and I am thankful that God led me to Massage Therapy.
I believe that massage, stretching and maintaining range of motion is the key to Longevity.
