Let’s start here… we all have parasites.
There is not one person who has never had parasites. In fact, if your parents had them, there is a strong chance you were exposed early too.
Now I know people usually have one of two reactions when they hear this:
“Ew, get them out of me now.”
or
“Absolutely not, I am never doing a parasite cleanse.”
As a practitioner, these are the two responses I hear all the time.
But here is the truth: parasites are one of the most common hidden stressors we see underneath chronic health issues. That does not mean you should panic, and it does not mean you should jump straight into a parasite cleanse on your own.
A parasite cleanse is not something you should do randomly or aggressively.
Done the wrong way, it can create a lot of unnecessary stress on the body and lead to consequences you were not prepared for.
Parasite cleansing has been used for a very long time, but the key is doing it correctly, strategically, and safely. That means preparing the body first and making sure your drainage pathways are open so your body can actually process and eliminate what is being stirred up.
This is exactly why root-cause healing matters.
It is not just about killing something off. It is about making sure the body is supported enough to handle the process.
If you are dealing with chronic gut issues, fatigue, skin flare-ups, bloating, or symptoms that never seem to fully resolve, it may be time to look deeper.
