Sound Healing Reiki & Mindfulness -Studio in Oxford, CT House & office visits available throughout CT Biostress Relief is a traveling wellness clinic.

Biostress Relief is a highly effective three part system of healing created to relieve stress, anxiety, sleeplessness and pain. Biostress Relief sessions combine the complementary healing effects of Mindfulness, Sound Healing and Reiki into one sixty minute deep relaxation experience. Your hour will begin with a grounding Mindfulness practice, transition to a Sound Healing session, and end with a Reiki treatment. The harmonious effects of these three channels of healing reduce anxiety, stress, pain and tension. Clients experience a deep state of relaxation, an increase in energy and focus, and an overall feeling of peace and serene awareness. Sessions will take place in your home or your workplace, or at one of our studios. Safety and personal comfort are the core of our practice. All accommodations will be discussed and met prior to the appointment date.
