Hi, Friends! We will be offering Chair Yoga twice each week at Hamilton Yoga Center. I am looking for ways to get the word out to those who may be interested. Chair Yoga is for anyone who wants a gentle, meditative practice. It is especially great for those with limited range of motion, difficulty getting down on the floor and back up, and those concerned with balance. It’s great for seniors, too!
Please help me spread the word if you know folks in Hamilton. I really want to break down the idea that yoga is only for the flexible or young.
I’ll be offering a FREE Chair Yoga class in celebration of the opening of the studio. This class focuses on easy movement, stretching, balance, and relaxation — all from a chair. No prior yoga experience is needed. Thanks in advance for helping me spread the word!
