My page is about sharing techniques and ideas about becoming more resilient. If we are flexible and able to bounce back we can be physically healthier. When we are emotionally resilient we don't react to every button that gets pushed. When we have a resilient mind we don't need to judge every situation or every person. A resilient Spirit is joyful and grateful.
