✨ Please help me welcome our new Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Shameka Malone, MSN, PMHNP-C, to the Conscious Change team! ✨

Shameka brings 20 years of nursing experience to the practice, having worked in multiple specialties throughout her career. She will undoubtedly be an asset to both our team and the community we serve.

For the last three months, Shameka has worked closely with me, learning and embracing the core values of Conscious Change: empathy, inclusion, collaboration with patients in their care, respect, and an individualized approach that considers the whole person, including both environmental and physiological influences on mental health.

I believe Shameka’s presence here is a blessing and that she will help us carry forward our mission of compassionate, high-quality patient care.
