It’s okay to not be okay. 💙

Life can be overwhelming sometimes. Stress, anxiety, sadness, burnout, these are real experiences that many people face, even if we don’t always talk about them openly. Struggling doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re human.

💚 Mental Health Check-In 💚

How are you really doing today?

Not the “I’m fine” answer.
Not the “just busy” answer.
The real one.

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired, or just “off,” you’re not alone and it’s okay to ask for support.

Small steps count. A short walk. A deep breath. A text to a friend.
Be gentle with yourself today. 💚
