Happy Chiropractic Founders Day! Ready for a bit of history? 👇

💡Although chiropractic techniques can be traced back to ancient times, it was 130 years ago on this day that the first recorded "chiropractic adjustment" was performed by Daniel David (D.D.) Palmer on a patient by the name of William Harvey Lillard.

💡After Lillard's positive response to treatment, Palmer narrowed his focus on sharing the benefits of chiropractic with the world, and thus, the chiropractic profession was born.

💡Two years later, Palmer opened the very first school for chiropractors. His son, Bartlett Joshua (B.J.) Palmer, would later be known as the "Developer of Chiropractic", due to his efforts developing and continuing his father's legacy.

Now, more than a century later, more and more people are becoming aware of what chiropractic care can do for whole-body health. That's why we're here!
