Our mission is to provide a holistic approach through the use of Scripture and Evidenced Based Practices in counseling. We have an ongoing commitment to innovative clinical training, professional development and Spiritual Growth which allows us to remain at the forefront of clinical practices in counseling today. Our passion is to help others seek healing and restoration from whatever issues they are facing in life. We believe therapy, much like our sanctification, is a journey and we would be honored to join with you in this journey towards healing.

Take some time this week of Thanksgiving and be intentional about practicing gratitude. Write out what you are thankful for, reflect on current and past blessings, spend time in prayer and meditation. You will see some positive impacts!
