Take off your armor. Lay down the weight you’ve been carrying and let yourself be seen. You don’t have to face the world alone — it’s safe to let your heart breathe.

Hang it up. Release the burdens, the fears, and the old stories that no longer serve you. When you let go, you make room for hope, peace, and the possibility of something better.

Open your heart. True transformation happens when we allow ourselves to feel, to be vulnerable, and to reach out for support.

You don’t have to walk this path alone. Call us at 662-371-1711 or visit www.wellnessmississippi.com.

Healing is possible, and we’re here for you.

The Body Keeps the Story

Our bodies remember what our minds forget. Every knot, ache, and held breath can carry unspoken emotion waiting to be released.

Massage, when approached through somatic awareness, helps the body move what’s been stored—guiding energy to flow, easing emotional tension, and calming the nervous system.

Through touch and movement, we reconnect with safety, breath, and presence.

✨ Book your Thai Massage session with Olivia today.
She also offers an incredible integrative table massage for those wanting a deeper, blended experience of bodywork and release.

Your body deserves to exhale. 🌿

Welcome 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭, 𝐋𝐏𝐂 to 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐱𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝!

Meet Tori:

Joseph Campbell said it best: “One way or another, we all have to find what best fosters the flowering of our humanity in this contemporary life, and dedicate ourselves to that.” This vision of “the flowering of our humanity” is at the heart of my therapeutic work. As an eclectic therapist, I draw from a variety of theoretical approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy techniques. My goal is always to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

My areas of focus include helping clients explore their most authentic selves, deepening their spiritual connections when desired, and healing from the impact of narcissistic abuse by uncovering resilience and strengths gained through adversity. I am also pursuing certification in Integrative Mental Health, which emphasizes nutrition, lifestyle, and mind-body connection—tools that can enhance overall wellness. In addition, I enjoy supporting athletes across all sports in developing mental strategies that foster peak performance and steady growth.

Beyond the therapy room, a background in competitive athletics, an ongoing study of spirituality, and a life rich with family and community all inform my perspective as a clinician. These experiences have helped cultivate balance, adaptability, and presence—qualities that directly benefit my work with clients and guide the way I support them in their own journeys.

Welcome 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐤𝐚𝐡 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧, 𝐋𝐂𝐒𝐖, 𝐁𝐂-𝐓𝐌𝐇 to 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐱𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝!

Meet Rebekah:

My pledge to you as the client is to offer my unconditional respect and support through whatever life is throwing your way. Many obstacles can arise from transitional periods in life, and I find deep meaning in walking with others through these times that are often challenging or overlooked.

My approach to therapy is shaped by experiences in community mental health, hospice grief care, substance abuse treatment, and university counseling. I have had the privilege of providing care for clients ages six through one hundred and one, with my most recent work being at the University of Mississippi Counseling Center.

Sometimes words are inadequate to detangle the web of emotions and sensations that we carry. Perhaps it’s a point of chronic pain, spikes of anxious tension, or a knot in the stomach after a big change. I draw on evidence based techniques from somatic psychotherapy to help you move through what you’re feeling--mind and body.

Other times, thoughts may run away in loops after a loss or difficult life event. With compassion and curiosity, we can explore cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build your mental strength and choose thoughts that align with your values.

My invitation to you is to step into the light with your story. In this space, there is no such thing as “too much” or “not enough.” You are welcome to come as you are, go at your pace, and know I will be on your team through every step.

Play is a child’s language — and in therapy, it becomes their voice. Here are five ways play therapy can support your child’s emotional and developmental wellbeing:

𝟏. 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 💬

Some feelings are too big for words. Play gives children a safe outlet to express sadness, anger, fear, or confusion.

𝟐. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫 🧠

Through guided play, children learn healthy ways to cope, self-regulate, and solve problems.

𝟑. 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 💪

Success in the playroom builds self-esteem and a sense of control — key to thriving in the real world.

𝟒. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 ❤️

Play therapy helps kids build trust and communication skills, improving connections with family, peers, and teachers.

𝟓. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐦𝐚 𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 🌪️

Whether it’s divorce, loss, bullying, or transitions, play therapy offers a path toward healing and understanding.

🎭 Every child deserves a space to feel seen, heard, and safe. Play therapy might be the gentle bridge your child needs to grow.

Get started today with one of our Registered Play Therapists at The Wellness and Counseling Center of Tupelo.
