🎄Our office will close at noon on Wednesday December 24th & will reopen on Monday December 29th. We will also be closed January 1st.

Seven years ago, at this time of year, we were making the final preparations for a change -- stepping out on faith, and creating an office where patients could experience truly personalized healthcare. We are so thankful for those who have joined us in this adventure, for everyone who has entrusted us with their healthcare. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

The office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, allowing our providers and staff the ability to spend time with family. We will reopen on Monday, Dec. 1st at 8:00am.

It's a bittersweet day at Hoke DPC! Isaac Hoke is officially off the clock for good at noon today. We will certainly miss him around the office but he is off to bigger and better things in Iowa. We wish him all the luck in chiropractic school!
