Refinery Aesthetics + Wellness: Where Inner Wellness Meets Natural Beauty
At Refinery Aesthetics + Wellness, the mission is simple but deeply personal: helping people feel like themselves again, inside and out. For owner Nicole Stapp, that mission is rooted in years of experience and a passion that has only grown stronger over time.
Nicole is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of clinical experience and more than a decade in aesthetics. While her expertise is rooted in women’s health, she takes a comprehensive approach to wellness, supporting both women and men through concerns ranging from hormone imbalance to skin health. “My passion is helping women feel good inside and out,” she says, while also recognizing that men deserve the same level of personalized, thoughtful care.
That care often begins beneath the surface. Hormone replacement therapy has become a cornerstone of the business, especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Nicole understands the frustration many feel when their symptoms are dismissed or overlooked. “I know my labs look normal, but I know how I feel too,” she explains. That empathy has helped her build trust with a growing client base - women and men alike - seeking real answers and individualized care.
From there, the transformation often extends outward. Aesthetic treatments such as injectables, microneedling, and skincare services complement internal wellness by enhancing natural features rather than changing them. And while these treatments are often associated with women, more men are turning to aesthetic care as well - seeking subtle, natural-looking results that help them feel confident and refreshed without looking overdone. Nicole is intentional about that balance, with a goal of helping every client look like the best version of themselves.
Refinery Aesthetics + Wellness also offers weight loss therapy, IV therapy, and advanced skincare treatments, creating a full-spectrum approach to care. Many clients find these services work best together, especially as hormones, metabolism, skin health, and aging all intersect.
Although the business is still young and approaching its one-year anniversary, it is already deeply rooted in the community Nicole has called Oxford home for nearly two decades. Opening the practice was both a professional leap and a personal milestone, one inspired in part by the encouragement of her late mother. “I hope you’re proud, Mom,” she reflects, a quiet reminder of the purpose behind her work.
Despite the demands of entrepreneurship, Nicole has created an environment that feels welcoming, personal, and approachable. She describes it as a place where clients can relax, connect, and feel cared for - “like we’re just two friends chatting” - while working together toward meaningful, lasting results.
