This morning I received a very pleasant surprise from our manufacturer, Baitella AG of Zurich – a handmade gift and a lovely, signed card in celebration of my 60th birthday!!! This was in a shipment which left the factory on December 8th but as sometimes happens, our shipment was bumped a number of times from its flight and consequently did not arrive until today. As my birthday was right before Christmas, I’m certain they’re wondering why I hadn’t thanked them. I now thank them all profusely for such thoughtfulness and am grateful at having the privilege of being their US distributor these 20+ years. I am truly touched. Thank you all at Baitella AG | FISSO!
