We’re excited to announce that Mission has agreed to acquire Calavo, building on our position as a leading avocado and fresh produce platform in North America and accelerating our international expansion goals.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Mission’s supply reliability and sourcing security with combined grower networks and an expanded year-round portfolio across complementary fresh produce categories. In addition, this agreement marks Mission’s entry into the high-growth prepared foods segment, complementing our existing avocado business with Calavo’s value-added, avocado-based ready-to-eat products.
