Sauteed onions n tomatoes, pan fried with white cubed potatoes until almost fully cooked. Then I added ground beef, pan frying it all together until fully cooked. Lastly I chopped a good amount of spinach adding it in to cook just a little longer leaving the spinach just a bit crispy not slimly. Minimal cheese was added by each person once plates were served, to their liking, mine being pepper jack slices.
Since I still had beans from last night I added those on the side too.

We make period preparedness bags for girls. Around 5th grade they should be carrying one in their backpack so that the red tide doesn't catch them totally off guard. There are some more items not shown that also go inside. Becoming a woman is a hard enough transition. Being embarrassed by not being ready, only makes it worse.
