We are passionate about providing care for those in need of care for urinary/bowel dysfunction, pregnancy/postpartum needs, core/DRA, peri/menopausal needs and beyond.

Postpartum can feel overwhelming, so here’s a simple checklist to make things a little easier!

✨ For Your Body & Recovery
Physical Recovery Essentials ⬇️

• Pads or postpartum underwear
(heavy flow for week one, then lighter)
• Peri bottle for rinsing after bathroom trips
• Witch hazel pads or spray
(soothes swelling + hemorrhoids)
• Perineal ice packs
• Stool softener (check with your provider first)
• Comfy high-waisted underwear
• Nursing bras/tanks — even if you don’t breastfeed, the comfort is unmatched
• Ni**le balm
• Breast pads (leaking happens!)
• Sitz bath for stitches, swelling, or general soreness

✨ If You’re Having a C-Section ⬇️

• Abdominal binder
• Loose, high-waisted clothing
• Fragrance-free soap for gentle incision care
• A small pillow to hold against your incision when you cough or laugh
