Tomorrow, February 20th, is National Caregivers Day!

This is a day to honor the incredible hearts who show up every single day for others.

Caregivers give so much of themselves; their time, their energy, their compassion.

But in the middle of caring for everyone else, it can be easy to forget to care for you.

Our very own Catherine Matthews, MS, PLPC, CGP, CYMHS created a beautiful video reminding caregivers of something so important: self-care is not selfish — it’s necessary. You cannot pour from an empty cup!

Today, we celebrate you. We see you. And we encourage you to take a moment — even a small one — to rest, breathe, and refill. 💛

These sessions provide a supportive, confidential space to talk through stress, life transitions, relationships, or personal goals. All practicum students work under the direct supervision of a fully licensed professional counselor.
