This week, we pause to recognize the strength, grief, hope, and resilience that so many carry quietly. Infertility is more than a diagnosis—it’s a deeply personal journey that can bring waves of loss, uncertainty, and longing.

At Touchstone, we are honored to walk alongside individuals and families navigating this path.
Dr. Chasity Arnold, a licensed clinical psychologist, brings over 15 years of experience and a specialized certification in perinatal mental health—supporting those facing infertility, pregnancy complications, loss, and postpartum challenges. Her work is rooted in compassion, understanding, and meeting each client exactly where they are.
Alongside her, her intern, Ashlyn Foster, works under her supervision to help expand access to care—offering support, presence, and a safe space for those who may feel alone in their journey.

To anyone who is struggling:
