There’s a season of life that many women enter without fully realizing what’s happening.
It’s called perimenopause… and it can start as early as your mid-30s.
For some, the changes are subtle. For others, it feels like everything shifts all at once.
You might notice:
✨ Weight showing up in new places
✨ Energy that feels less steady
✨ Sleep that isn’t as deep or restful
✨ A body that just isn’t responding the way it used to
And it’s easy to think… “this must just be my hormones.”
But here’s what I want you to know:
Perimenopause doesn’t break your body.
It reveals what your body has been trying to keep up with for years.
Things like stress, blood sugar swings, inflammation, and a nervous system that hasn’t had much space to slow down suddenly start to matter more.
This is often why weight gain begins during this time.
Not because your body is broken… but because it’s adapting and asking to be supported in a new way.
