I’ve been having so many conversations lately with women who feel frustrated with their bodies… and honestly, I get it.
Not because I’ve had it all figured out—but because I’ve spent years walking alongside women who are doing their best, trying all the “right” things, and still feeling stuck.
What I see over and over again is this quiet belief:
“Maybe it’s just me… maybe my body is just harder now.”
And that’s the part I wish I could gently undo for every woman.
Because what’s actually happening is so much deeper.
