Hopedale Cottage is an Assisted Living, secured memory care located in Ozark, Missouri. We are a smaller community with 12 rooms.

Hopedale Cottage Assisted Living Community is conveniently located in Ozark, just minutes from Springfield. With 12 nicely appointed rooms, it offers a serene and comfortable home for our residents. Hopedale Cottage is licensed by the State of Missouri as a Level II assisted living community that is able to care for residents that need more than the minimal assistance. For those who that tend to wander, we offer a secured environment to insure their safety.

Senior Sidekick program
Donate an hour or two a month to spend some time with a senior citizen in your community. We’re looking for someone who would “adopt” a resident or two and come to the facility to visit, play games, do crafts, read, and chat with the resident in one or all of our memory care facilities. These residents do have dementia and Alzheimer's.
Person would need to enjoy spending time with the elderly, be patient for Alzheimer’s and dementia, be positive and energetic. Would need to pass a background check. Time would be flexible and you would bring a bright light to a senior in your community.
