“Everything looks normal.”
I heard that over and over… while feeling anything but normal.
I was exhausted, foggy, disconnected, and honestly just not myself anymore. And the most confusing part? I was doing all the “right” things.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing quick fixes (and blaming perimenopause) and started asking better questions that things finally clicked.
Not “How do I lower this number?”
But “Why is this happening in the first place?”
That shift led me to uncover what was actually going on beneath the surface—and once I addressed that, everything started to change.

Hi! We are Kenzie and Josh Presnell, and we’re the owners of Fixed on Fitness. We are personal trainers, health and fitness enthusiasts, lovers of great food, and the parents of two crazy kids. We help people just like you to live the life you desire - because you absolutely can - by working with you to determine your destination, equipping you with the knowledge you need to get there, and teaching you real life action steps that enable you to renew your mind, restore your body, and reclaim your life.
Our desire is to live on purpose, with purpose. We do not believe in quick fixes, yo-yo diets, pills, and fads. We believe that there is a way to create a healthy balance of fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness that is sustainable and can last a lifetime. We live in a chaotic, busy, and overwhelming world. However, we know that there is a better way to live.
At FOF, we strive to help each client remove their individual barriers. We believe that each person deserves to be healthy. We believe that relationships and community are vital to the success of anyone's health and fitness journey. We work with clients in a variety of ways.
The Fixed on Fitness Training Center is a gym unlike any other in the Pace and Milton area. With over a decade of experience in training clients, Fixed on Fitness is an established program that is appropriate for all fitness levels. The atmosphere is encouraging, and you have a certified personal trainer at each workout that knows you and cares about your success.
During Project You, our 12-week health coaching program, you will not only learn about exercise and nutrition, but you will also experience a transformation in your mindset, perspective, sleep, stress, and time management. Project You will educate you, but more importantly, it will bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually taking action to improve your overall health and wellness.
We aren't a big corporation. At FOF, we are a small group of individuals that have a passion for helping people. So much of what is done at Fixed on Fitness is still hashed out at our kitchen table. We still put ourselves through each and every workout before we put it out to anyone else. We still learn and educate ourselves so that we pass that knowledge on to others. We still have one focus - TO HELP YOU.
