Hi! We are Kenzie and Josh Presnell, and we’re the owners of Fixed on Fitness. We are personal trainers, health and fitness enthusiasts, lovers of great food, and the parents of two crazy kids. We help people just like you to live the life you desire - because you absolutely can - by working with you to determine your destination, equipping you with the knowledge you need to get there, and teaching you real life action steps that enable you to renew your mind, restore your body, and reclaim your life.

Our desire is to live on purpose, with purpose. We do not believe in quick fixes, yo-yo diets, pills, and fads. We believe that there is a way to create a healthy balance of fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness that is sustainable and can last a lifetime. We live in a chaotic, busy, and overwhelming world. However, we know that there is a better way to live.

At FOF, we strive to help each client remove their individual barriers. We believe that each person deserves to be healthy. We believe that relationships and community are vital to the success of anyone's health and fitness journey.
