Feeling a bit overwhelmed, stressed, or busy? Relax into the warmth and softness of my massage table, and be still. Practicing Presence, thoughts and concerns drift away. There's nothing you have to do, no place you have to go, all you have to do is relax and just be. For an hour or more you will be transported to a different dimension. As a massage and Reiki practitioner my intention is to be fully present so that I can understand what is needed by my client. I bring Presence to the moment at hand, relying on Something greater than myself to do the important work. My physical manipulations play a part, yes, and I am learning all the time about the muscles, ligaments and tendons, but it’s the energy between the body parts that I seek to enliven. Getting my ego out of the way and serving as a channel of the greater Good is my hope and prayer. 🙏

What do you need today? Is your body hurting, or do you need to slow down? Coming for a massage and Reiki session with me will soothe your body and also your mind and spirit. My work penetrates deeply into all three realms, thanks to the healing power of Reiki. Reiki is simply spiritual energy that is passed through me from the Divine. It has the potential to heal and transform us if we give it a chance.
