After my baby was born, I felt like I was just surviving—tired, anxious, pulled in a million directions.

Gentle, meditative practices helped me breathe again and feel like myself.

What’s been helping you stay grounded lately? Or are you still searching for something?

Most mornings I start with something simple—just a few minutes of deep belly breathing, a supported child’s pose, or sometimes just lying down with my legs up the wall.

Nothing fancy, but these tiny practices helped me remember how to feel calm again.
