Days 25 of the Vinia hydration challenge! Sipped on my Lemon Lime VINIA while I did a 30 minute full body shred from The Betty Rocker. Later watched my husband, brother, nephew, son and his friends play paintball for his 12th birthday party. No, I didn’t participate. Looked fun, but no welts needed!

Day 20 of the Vinia hydration challenge today! Body squats this morning before work but that’s all. I’m sore from the last 3 workouts and my arms don’t want to straighten. Ouch! Time for some recovery and maybe light stretching/mobility/Yoga tomorrow. Fruit Punch in my water today.

Day 19 of the Vinia hydration challenge today! Happy Easter! Worship this morning followed by a candy walk explaining the cross, the tomb, our response and His resurrection. Lunch, then a ~45 minute DN Living Lean workout. Lemon lime in my water today. Had my 12 year old son join in again! He chose the Lemonade flavor.

Day 18 of the Vinia hydration challenge today! Another day of Watermelon in my water. Reading the last 2 chapters The Consistency Code since I fell behind with Youth Convention. Waiting for my daughter to come out from rehearsals for our upcoming trip to Europe this summer with the Ambassadors of Missouri. It’s a good day for catching up!
