Oceanside Healing Located in Pacifica, CA, we offer acupuncture, massage, chiropractic and sound healing. All of our practitioners are vaccinated and tested regularly.

Everyone has their temperature checked and must wear a mask. HEPA filtered air purifiers are in each room.

Join us for one or both of our free grief relief support events on Saturday, January 31st. ♥️

The walk and/or the sound healing can serve as a space to release stagnant emotions and process difficult feelings, surrounded by others who understand.

The grief relief walk starts at 10:30 am at Oceanside Healing until 11:45 am. No need to sign up for the walk. We will stop by library if you would like to go to the sound healing.

The sound healing starts at 12 pm at Sharp Park Library with Joseph Coffin. Space is limited, please reserve space at oceansidehealingcal.com, "make an appointment" and "sound healing."

FEBRUARY UPDATES!! Starting in Feb, Friday yoga classes are moving to Saturday 10 AM to 11 AM! Tuesday classes have not been changed. 🧘🍃

If you haven't tried it and are nervous, call up a friend and come together to check it out. I can not think of a better way to start your day. Jacalyn will warm up your joints and get your emotions moving throughout the body. If you can't stand for a long time, still try! You can do the moves from a chair. It's drop-in, so just come by when you can. It's free, so just give it a try!

Sound Healing has many benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood and sleep quality, and improved physical health. 🍃🧘

Our monthly free Sound Healing for Grief Relief is on Saturday, Janaury 31st from 12 PM to 1 PM at Pacifica Sharp Park Library (104 Hilton Way).

Joe Coffin plays the sounds of Alchemy bowls to heal and balance the energy within. His guided meditation will focus on how grief affects the seven chakras in the body. Emotions such as grief can bring you out of alignment. The sounds of the bowls will help to rebalance you and give you a sense of wellbeing.

You will spend the hour lying down, with a Tibetan bowl played on your body. Dress comfortably!

Our monthly Grief Relief Walk will be on Saturday, January 31st at 10:30 AM at Oceanside Healing (1301 Palmetto Avenue, Ste B Pacifica). 🌊 It may be raining and/or cold, we recommend bringing a coat and umbrella!

Regardless of how you choose to show up to the beach walk, there can be comfort in knowing that you are walking alongside others who have also experienced loss.

Community ear acupuncture is an effective and affordable treatment that can treat physical and emotional pain, insomnia, allergies, digestive issues, and much more!

Please note that community ear acupuncture is done in our community room. This means that you will be seated in a comfortable chair. And although most clients receive ear acupuncture alone, sometimes you may share the room with another person getting ear acupuncture.
