Hillview Mental Health Center, Inc. Hillview Mental Health Center, Inc. has been a gateway to Recovery and Independence Since 1966.

The mission of Hillview Mental Health Center is to provide comprehensive, compassionate and culturally sensitive mental health services to adults and youths in the East San Fernando Valley. Along with challenges of mental illness and substance abuse disorders, our clients suffer the burdens of poverty. Hillview’s approach addresses all of these concerns: We offer a full range of outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder services while working with government and community agencies to meet practical needs such as housing, employment and transportation. Thank you to Sisters on the Streets for their consistent feminine hygiene donation. We have been able to provide these items to our clients in need without questions, available in our main bathroom and our hygiene supply closet. Thank you to Simply the Basics for their donations as well. Without them some of our underserved population would not be able to take care of basic hygiene needs!
