✨ Motivation Monday ✨
💛🖤 Women’s History Month 💛🖤

As the daughter of immigrants, I understand that my story didn’t start with me.
It started with courage and sacrifice.
I stand on the shoulders of women who prayed bold prayers, broke barriers, and kept going, even when the door wasn’t open for them. Women who stepped into unfamiliar spaces so the next generation could stand taller.

Because of them, I get to be:
• A mother raising strong, confident children who understand both heritage and possibility.
• A small business owner building pathways for students to succeed.
• A mentor helping young people find their voice and direction.
• A board member contributing to decisions that shape our community.
• A woman who leads with integrity, empathy, and purpose.

Their bravery built the foundation.
Their resilience built the runway.
I’m walking it with purpose and extending it for those coming behind me.
And if there’s one thing I hope the next generation sees, especially young girls, it’s this:
You don’t have to shrink to succeed.
You can lead with integrity.
You can build and nurture.
You can serve and shine.

Women’s History Month isn’t just about honoring the past. It’s about recognizing that we are history in motion.

Legacy isn’t just what you inherit. It’s what you expand.

Black History Month is about ownership, leadership, and building.

There’s something powerful about pouring into the next generation. I had the privilege to speak to Reidland Middle School students about confidence, ownership, resilience, and what it really takes to build something from the ground up.

Thank you for inviting me and trusting me to speak life into your students. Thanks to my student excort. He did a great job and was very professional. Thanks to Angie Berry Woods for the invitation and Lori Leonard Hyde for the warm welcome. It’s always a privilege to serve. The future is powerful!

I’m grateful to be recognized during Black History Month for the work I do through Ace Academy LLC.

Serving students with disabilities and helping them build confidence, skills, and career readiness is truly my passion. Thank you for taking the time to highlight my business and the impact we’re making in our community.

Representation matters. Service matters. And building the next generation matters.

This week, I want to highlight a student who has a growing passion for HVAC. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he’s always willing to step in, help others, and learn something new.

That kind of initiative and curiosity is exactly what builds future success. When students lean into their interests and show up with a “how can I help?” mindset, their potential becomes limitless.

Proud of his drive and excited to see where this path takes him. 🔥💨

I am truly honored and grateful to be nominated as a finalist for the 2026 Young Leader of the Year award. This journey has come with challenges, growth, and purpose. But this recognition is bigger than me. It’s for every student, family, and community partner who believes in growth, opportunity, and impact.
