Meet Morgan! 🌟

Morgan has been a member of the HealthWorks team since June 2025. She earned her RN degree in 2011 and brings 14 years of diverse nursing experience, including roles in the emergency department, hospital case management and clinical administration.

Currently Morgan serves as a Nurse Case Manager in the Marine Medical Management department, where she is proud to work alongside a knowledgeable, collaborative team. She is especially grateful to be part of a company that genuinely values its employees, prioritizes overall well-being, and fosters a supportive culture built on respect, teamwork and professional growth.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Bryan, and their two boys Kye (5) and Nolan (19 months). She loves golfing, shopping, decorating her home for every season, hosting celebrations, and traveling with family and friends.

We are so lucky to have Morgan here with us!

Had to share the video from this fun day again!

In September we sent four employees who interact with mariners daily to meet up with Maritime Throwdown at BBQ on the River. These employees had the chance to experience line throwing and tying knots like mariners do daily while on vessel. Watch the video to see how the challenge went!

Last Friday we celebrated National Fun at Work Day! Our clinics dressed up in a designated color and went all out. Way to go, everyone!

Our Direct Primary Care clinics have been seeing a variety of sickness in the past month! This is the time of year where sickness seems to spread fast. Take precautions like disinfecting commonly touched areas in your business or home and wash your hands regularly!

Meet Baylee Jameson! 🌟

Baylee graduated from Murray State University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She wanted to be flexible with her career path. Outside of working she enjoys working out at the gym, eating out (especially steak and potatoes), and shopping. Baylee said, "I never thought I wanted to work in the medical field but I decided to give it a chance and I am so happy I chose here. I am lucky to have the best coworkers at HealthWorks- being a part of a team that works together and supports one another makes a big difference in what makes a job special."

We are very lucky to have Baylee on our team!
